These Terms apply to all visitors, clients, professionals and anyone accessing the Site, regardless of device or channel used.

About the Site and Services

The TKaru Site is an institutional and informational channel that presents the company's services, allows IT professionals to register in the talent pool, and facilitates contact with clients interested in technology outsourcing.

The Site is not an automatic hiring platform. Every placement, contract and service delivery is formalized through its own processes and documents, outside this Site's digital environment.

Permitted Use

The Site must be used exclusively for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Permitted uses include:

• Consulting institutional information about TKaru and its services;
• Filling out the talent pool registration form;
• Contacting the TKaru team through the available channels;
• Sharing pages of the Site for legitimate informational purposes.

Expressly prohibited

• Reproducing, copying or distributing Site content without TKaru's prior written authorization;
• Using scraping, crawling or automated data collection techniques;
• Attempting to access systems, networks or data associated with the Site without authorization;
• Posting, transmitting or disseminating false, defamatory content, or content that violates third-party rights, in any form or channel of the Site;
• Using the Site for commercial purposes not authorized by TKaru.

Intellectual Property

All content available on this Site — including, but not limited to, text, logos, trademarks, icons, images, visual identity, source code and page structure — is the exclusive property of TKaru Tech Solutions or has been licensed for the company's use.

Total or partial reproduction of any element of this Site without TKaru's express written authorization is prohibited. Improper use of TKaru's trademarks, logos or visual identity constitutes a violation of intellectual property rights and will be treated under applicable law.

Data Collection and Privacy

The Site may collect visitor data through contact forms, talent registration and access analytics tools. This data is processed in compliance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13,709/2018).

TKaru is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, availability or practices of third parties. By accessing any external link, you become subject to that service's terms and conditions.

The registration form hosted on Google Forms is operated by Google LLC. Data you submit through that form is subject to Google's Privacy Policy, in addition to our own Privacy Policy.

Availability and Limitation of Liability

TKaru makes reasonable efforts to keep the Site available and up to date, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, absence of errors, or that content is always complete and current.

The Site may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or external factors beyond TKaru's control.

TKaru is not responsible for:

• Direct or indirect damages arising from use or inability to use the Site;
• Errors, inaccuracies or outdated content occasionally published;
