PJ Model
Initial contracting via PJ — with plans to expand the model as the operation grows
0 fees
Registration and referrals at no cost to the professional
Curated, not high-volume
Every profile is evaluated before any referral. The goal is a real match — you won't get contacted without concrete demand.
Contact with decision-makers
You speak directly with the founder and whoever is running operations. No automated platform, no chatbot, no support queue.
Priority for early joiners
The pool is being built now. Early sign-ups have a natural advantage on the first opportunities — and build a track record with us.
"TKaru was born to be the consultancy I wish I had found when I was in the market as a professional — with a clear process, respect for everyone's time, and a focus on opportunities that make sense."— Tatiane K., Founder of TKaru
Frequently asked questions
Questions every professional asks
We answer the most common ones here. If yours isn't here, talk to us directly.
How does the process work after I sign up?
After signing up, your profile joins the TKaru talent pool. When a demand comes up that matches your profile — stack, seniority level and availability — we reach out directly, with no middlemen. You get the opportunity description and decide whether to move forward.
How long does it take to be contacted?
It depends on the availability of demands matching your profile. When there is an aligned opportunity, contact happens within 7 days. If there is nothing at the moment, your registration stays active and you are the first to know when something comes up.
Is there any cost to sign up?
No. Registration, the process and referrals are 100% free for the professional. TKaru charges the client — never the professional placed.
Can I be on more than one project at the same time?
Yes, as long as it is technically feasible and agreed with all clients involved. TKaru respects your real availability — informed at signup — and does not recommend the same professional for projects with incompatible workloads.
Do I need to be a registered contractor (PJ) to work with TKaru?
In the current model, yes — placement is done through a PJ (independent contractor) agreement. This means you need an active business registration to issue invoices. TKaru guides you through the process if you don't have one yet. As the operation grows, other models may be evaluated.
Will I know what is happening during the placement?
Yes. Every professional placed by TKaru has a dedicated Account Manager — your point of contact for any situation. We run regular check-ins, periodic reports, and make sure you are never left without an update during the project.
What happens when the project ends?
Our first response is to seek redeployment — not to let you go. When a project ends, the Account Manager already starts mapping new opportunities in advance. A good professional doesn't stay idle — that's one of our principles.
My stack is not on the list of active demands. Can I still sign up?
Yes. The talent pool is open to any IT profile. The list of stacks with active demand is dynamic — it changes based on clients. Your registration will already be in our base when a matching opportunity comes up.
